1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Grovu (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the Standard Apple End User License Agreement (EULA).
2. License and Intellectual Property
Meticha grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your iOS devices. All intellectual property, designs, icons, typography styles, and branding remain the sole property of Meticha.
3. Premium Subscriptions & Lifetime Purchases
Grovu offers optional Premium features via Annual or Monthly auto-renewing subscriptions, or a one-time Lifetime unlock. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle through your Apple ID Account Settings.
4. Plant Care Disclaimer
Grovu provides journaling, photo tracking, and reminder features for informational and personal gardening purposes. Because plant health depends on varying environmental factors (light, soil composition, room humidity, temperature), Meticha does not warrant specific botanical outcomes or plant survival.
